Analysis of Technological Evolution Characteristics of Disruptive Innovation——Based on the Case of Lithium-ion Battery

Abstract:Taking lithium-ion battery as an example,this paper analyzes the technological evolution characteristics of disruptive innovation,divides the technological evolution stages of lithium-ion battery from the time dimension,and systematically analyzes the endogenous evolution mechanism and external evolution process of technology combined with the TOE framework.The research finds that sustainable transformation is the important background of disruptive innovation technology and the final trend of the development of new technology industry.The technical demands of special groups and application scenarios can form new value propositions through value opportunity identification,and ultimately realize the overturning value creation process of the whole market space.The breakthrough of key technology is the leading factor of the transition of innovation track,and the optimization of supporting technologies is an important help to improve the innovation performance.The acquisition of heterogeneous knowledge,the optimization of organizational structure and the construction of innovation network are important ways for enterprises to carry out disruptive innovation.In addition,the government plays an important role in policy protection and resource cohesion for the development and evolution of disruptive innovation technology.
