Abstract:In this paper the influence model of scientific and technological innovation capability of gazelle companies is constructed by DEMATEL model,and the influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation capability are studied.The study shows that the scientific and technological innovation capability of gazelle companies is mainly affected by technology,capital,management and environment.This paper makes a specific analysis of the 18 sub-factors contained in it according to the four conditions of influence degree,influenced degree,centrality degree,reason degree,and finds the deficiencies and structural problems of influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation capability of gazelle companies.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the sustainable innovation capability of gazelle companies in the future.
