Abstract:In recent years,the scale and forms of“industry-university-research institute”cooperation in China have been expanding.However,due to unclear organizational structure and unreasonable profit distribution,it is difficult for“industry-university-research institute”cooperation to achieve real integration,which hinders the improvement of innovation capacity and breakthroughs in key and core technologies.How to construct the appropriate organization mode to promote integration,and how to give full play to the advantages of government,research institutions and enterprises to break through the external environment pressure is the top priority.This paper constructs a structure-function static organization model analysis framework,and conducts a multi-case comparative analysis of four projects that realize the integration of“industry-university-research institute”.The results show that the constituent elements,organizational structure,resource integration,ecological integration,achievement distribution and industrial application in the integration of“industry-university-research institute”have common characteristics under the leadership of different subjects.This paper broadens the theoretical research on the organizational model of“industry-university-research institute”,and explores the relevant problem on the integration of“industry-university-research institute”,which has practical guiding significance for the future breakthrough of key core technologies and industrial application of the integration of“industry-university-research institute”in China.
