Abstract:The adaptive behavior of school-enterprise collaborative innovation subjects is an important way to achieve resource integration.The integration of resources reconstructs and deepens the synergy between school-enterprise innovation subjects.Based on the perspective of adaptive behavior,the internal logic of the resource integration of school-enterprise innovation subjects is analyzed,that is,the process of resource integration is the process of adaptive behavior.Adaptive behavior constructs a rule system of resource integration of innovative subjects,and at the same time,adaptive behavior should be embedded in the rule system of resource integration and be restricted by the rule system.Exploratory case analysis based on grounded theory is under the influence of adaptive behavior,innovation resources need to undergo three states including incorporation,adaptation,and reinvention.The process of integration of school-enterprise innovation subject resources is a spiraling process under the effect of absorption,reconstruction and reinvention.
