Abstract:Facing China's new development pattern and the need for high-quality development of strategic emerging industries,checking the industrial innovation niche-fitness is significant for guiding the construction of high-quality regional economic development.Based on the theory of strategic niche management,an index system for evaluating the niche-fitness of strategic emerging industries is established,and a comprehensive and staged niche-fitness evaluation models are used to evaluate the current status of industrial innovation development in 30 regions in China from 2011 to 2020.The study found that the comprehensive innovation niche-fitness of regional strategic emerging industries is generally low.The innovation niche-fitness advantages of the innovation-leading regions and eastern China are apparent.With the innovative development of strategic emerging industries,the main obstacle to the development of industrial,technological innovation has changed from the paradigm niche to the technology niche.The research aims to guide the allocation and spatial layout of regional industrial resources,clarify the limited stages and weak links of industrial innovation development,and provide references for formulating industrial innovation development policies in various regions.
