Research on Spatial Coupling and Coordination Between Digital Inclusive Finance and Technological Innovation

Abstract:This paper analyzes the development level and coupling coordination of digital inclusive finance and technological innovation in China,and provides suggestions for their coordinated development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for digital inclusion financial and technological innovation,uses entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model to measure the development status and coupling coordination level of digital inclusion financial and technological innovation.The convergence trend,spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration of the two coupling coordination levels were discussed by means of σconvergence coefficient and exploratory spatial data analysis.The results show that from 2011 to 2019,digital inclusive finance and technological innovation levels have improved both in China as a whole and at the provincial level,but the gap between provinces is obvious and technological innovation lags behind the development of digital inclusive finance seriously.The coupling coordination level of digital inclusive finance and technological innovation has also been improved,but there is still a big difference between provinces and shows no convergence trend.In space,it shows a concentration distribution,with a significant positive correlation effect.
