Abstract：With the development process of data rights and institutionalization,data order has been paid attention to,but there is no perfect guarantee system for data order in the field of internet connected vehicles.To comply with the irreversible trend of the development of internet connected vehicles,we should pay attention to the data compliance in this field and provide localized compliance solutions.Focusing on the compliance plan of France netunion automobile,which is based on GDPR and French data protection law,led by CNIL and jointly developed by various industries,it has the advantages of clear empowerment context,reasonable scene division and flexible government supervision.On the one hand,China should implement the principle of informed consent,strengthen the disclosure obligation of data managers,and enhance industry self-discipline;On the other hand,we should change the traditional unified data specifications,set up classification data rules,and establish a special data supervision department in the field of transportation,so as to provide double guarantees for the data compliance problems in the operation of China's Internet connected vehicles from the perspective of system and supervision.
