Abstract:Constructing a perfect agricultural science and technology service system is an important link between agricultural research and agricultural production, an important link to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productivity.Centering on the construction of modern agricultural science and technology service system, after 32 years of exploration and practice, Ningxia has made remarkable achievements in the construction of system, development mode and development path, which has certain reference and practical value for promoting and improving regional science and technology to support agriculture and develop agriculture.This paper systematically reviews the development process of building modern agricultural science and technology service system in Ningxia, summarizes its development and evolution stages and main characteristics, analyzes typical service modes, main results and differentiation characteristics based on the government, research institutions, leading enterprises and cooperative organizations in the process of science and technology service system construction, and explores the main experience and existing problems in the practice process, puts forward the suggestion of promoting modern agricultural science and technology service with high quality from the mechanism, talent, resources and other dimensions.
