Analysis of Collaborative Innovation Network of Urban Agglomeration and Its Influencing Factors from the Perspective of Multidimension Proximity

Abstract:Based on the data of joint patent application and patent right transfer among urban innovation entities,the paper analyzes the spatial structure of collaborative innovation network in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Deltas and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area using social network analysis method.It is found that there are obvious differences in the spatial structural characteristics.Then explores the influencing factors of innovation network structure from the perspective of multidimensional proximity.The empirical results show that geographical proximity,institutional proximity and cognitive proximity have significant positive impact on regional collaborative innovation capability.It is suggested to pay attention to the influence of multi-dimensional proximity on the collaborative innovation of urban agglomerations,optimize the innovation environment of urban agglomerations,amplify the innovation spillover and radiation function of central node cities,and improve the allocation of innovation resources and incentive mechanism within urban agglomerations.
