Abstract:As the ballast stone of the construction of intellectual property power,it is of great practical significance to select and evaluate high-value patents.A four-dimensional evaluation index system of high value patents covering“economy-technology-law-strategy”was constructed.The Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method were comprehensively used,the index weight was given by the DPS data processing system,and the patent database of Innojoy was retrieved as the data source to screen the high value patents of permanent magnet materials.The top 10 high-value patents are presented as examples of simulated reality for reference.By comparing the DPI index,it is found that the screening results of high-value patents are highly consistent.This evaluation system and method are suitable for selecting high-value patents from massive patents,and can provide a reference patent screening method for industry related practitioners and researchers to identify technical strength,patent asset management and focus on technological innovation research.
