Research of Overwork Climate,Overwork and Innovation Behavior of Teachers in Universities and Colleges

Abstract:Based on the current development situation of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”in the new era and in recent years the frequent occurrence of“karoshi”of teachers in universities and colleges,this study takes universities and colleges teachers as the research object.By combing relevant literature,combining resource conservation theory and self-depletion theory,and using 927 survey data of universities and colleges teachers in China,this paper deeply discusses the influence mechanism of overwork climate on universities and colleges teachers'innovation behavior.The overwork climate and overwork have important predictive effects on the innovative behavior of universities and colleges teachers with structural equation modeling.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects including talent system policy,environmental atmosphere,college teachers,and family environmental support.
