Research on the Evolution of Technology Transfer Network of Strategic Emerging Industries from the Perspective of Industrial Chain Innovation——A Case Study of Lithium-ion Power Battery Industry

Abstract:This paper proposes an analysis framework of technology transfer network based on the perspective of industrial chain innovation to measure the network evolution and technology transfer mode.Taking China's lithium-ion power battery industry as a case study,the results show that:①China's lithium-ion power battery industry technology transfer network dominated by the “one-to-one” transfer pattern.The connectivity of the network is not high and presents an “unbalanced” distribution characteristic of complicated upstream structure and simple midstream and downstream structure.②Enterprise-to-enterprise technology transfer plays a key role in the evolution of the network,and the technology transfer between industry,universities,and research institutes shows a declining trend.③The continuous influx of innovative entities in the process of industrial development leads to low stability of the network.The evolution of the network lacks the close cooperation team with complementary advantages and resource sharing.Based on the conclusions of the study,we propose the management insights to improve the collaborative innovation capacity of the industrial chain,it has important reference significance for improving the collaborative innovation ability of strategic emerging industry chain.
