Abstract:Key core technologies are the basic elements to realize self-reliance in science and technology and ensure the safety of the national industrial chain.Identifying key core technologies is an important prerequisite for concentrating on tackling key scientific and technological problems.This paper attempts to construct a set of measurement methods to identify key core products first and then key core technologies.Based on the import and export data and patent data of Jiangsu from 2017 to 2022,and taking Jiangsu as an example,it identifies key core products and technologies in Jiangsu,and then analyzes the regional distribution of patent applications in key core technologies in Jiangsu.It is found that seven technologies,such as semiconductor devices,brazing and laser processing,and diagnostic surgical identification,are the representative key technologies in Jiangsu at present.From the distribution of patent applications for key core technologies in Jiangsu,Suzhou,Nanjing and Wuxi are the main patent application cities,and enterprises are the main applicants for key core technologies.At the same time,universities in Jiangsu have strong strength in some key core technology fields.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as systematically sorting out key core technologies,supporting the construction of science and technology enterprise clusters,and promoting the deep integration of Industry-University-Research.
