Abstract:Under the background of digital economy,the innovation mode of strategic emerging industries has changed to ecological,and the integration of innovation chain and service chain has become an important measure to promote ecological innovation and development of new quality productivity of strategic emerging industries.Based on WSR theory and existing literature,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the integration effect of innovation chain and service chain of strategic emerging industries from three dimensions of resource sharing,supply and demand matching and relationship coordination,and makes an empirical study of strategic emerging industries by comprehensively applying combination weighting method and rule-based method.The research shows that the overall effect of double-chain integration in strategic emerging industries is poor,and only high-end equipment manufacturing industry has a good effect of double-chain integration,which needs to be strengthened in terms of resource sharing,supply and demand matching and relationship coordination,especially supply and demand matching.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed to enhance the integration of strategic emerging industry innovation chains and service chains,including establishing industrial demonstration zones,improving the layout of dual chain functions,and enhancing the compatibility of dual chains.
