Abstract：This paper focuses on the influence factors and path of strategic scientists' growth.Based on the text data of 10 of 71 strategic scientists with more complete information,this paper uses the grounded theory to build the “SFSOS” growth influencing factor model,and further uses the text mining method to quantify the contribution of the main category and subcategory to strategic scientists'growth in stages to explore their growth path.The research findings are as follows.①Driven by the four good environment of social guidance,organizational support,school cultivation and family support,the individual's own quality has been greatly improved,and eventually become a mature strategic scientist.②Social guidance has always been the most prominent influencing factor from the beginning of the growth period,and its contribution is far greater than other main categories;Compared with other main categories,school cultivation plays the most significant role in the learning period,and then shows a downward trend,but always plays a role;The influence of organizational support reaches its peak in the growth period,and is second only to social guidance;Family support showed a trend of decreasing first and then leveling off;The contribution of one's own quality fluctuates slightly in each growth stage.
