Abstract:Digital intelligence services have changed the way of product development,manufacturing and delivery.This study combined “demand-driven”with TOE framework,built a “technology-organization-environment-market”model,used fsQCA to analyze 30 provincial statistics in China,and explored the innovation path of digital intelligence services to empower industrial enterprises.It is found that:①The antecedent variables are not necessary,and there are four types of paths to empower industrial enterprises to innovate.The “technology-environment”path focuses on digital intelligence innovation,while the “market”path is driven by demand,forming a “different paths and the same destination”empowerment model;② The environmental dimension can be used as the antecedent of all paths,and is the necessary foundation for the empowerment of digital intelligence services,in which the “policy support”variable is the core condition of the path more than “infrastructure”,revealing the importance of government policy influence;③Guangdong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shandong,etc.are in the “technology-organization-environment-market”path,and their regional industrial enterprises are ranked as being at a high performance level in terms of innovation development,forming a multi-factor empowerment synergy effect;④ Due to the existence of substitution relationships based on common variables,conversions can be made between paths to avoid resource misallocation and provide a basis for selecting suitable empowerment paths.
