Abstract：Developing new quality productivity driven by scientific and technological innovation has become a key way to promote high-quality development and promote Chinese modernization.Each province,according to local conditions,follows the core logic of the integration of superior scientific and technological resources to cultivate new quality productivity.On the basis of discussing the features,structural bearing and value purport of the new quality productivity,as well as the mechanism by which science and technology resources shape the step of productivity,this paper focuses on Hebei Province from the research perspective,combines the synergy theory and relies on the practice of science and technology resource collaboration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and deeply analyzes the triple logic of science and technology resources collaboration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region to promote the formation of new quality productivity in Hebei Province.Therefore,it is proposed that Hebei Province should rely on the cooperation of science and technology resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,so as to accelerate the practice of cultivating new quality productivity,and provide policy enlightenment for Hebei Province to adapt to local conditions and follow the trend to find the focus of developing new quality productivity.
