Exploration into the Practical Path of Modernizing Chinese-Style Intellectual Property Governance to Promote Scientific and Technological Innovation

Abstract：In the new journey of building a modern socialist country and realising the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is of utmost importance to accelerate the modernisation of Chinese-style intellectual property governance in order to promote scientific and technological innovation.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of Chinese-style intellectual property governance modernization,the article grasps the coupling relationship between Chinese-style intellectual property governance modernization and scientific and technological innovation,analyses the feasibility and necessity of the coupling of the two,clarifies their respective positioning and coupling mechanism,and proposes that the rule of law of intellectual property should be strengthened,the incentive mechanism of intellectual property should be brought into play,intellectual property protection and transformation should be coordinated,and international discourse on intellectual property governance should be strengthened.It also proposes that the rule of law of intellectual property should be strengthened,the incentive mechanism of intellectual property should be brought into play,the protection and transformation of intellectual property should be coordinated,and the international discourse of intellectual property governance should be strengthened,so as to provide reference for the modernisation of intellectual property governance in China to promote the modernisation of national governance and scientific and technological innovation to form a systematic path.
