Abstract:According to organizational learning theory,effects of three elements of organizational learning,which include learning sources,leaning modes and external environment of organizational learning,on indigenous technological innovation have been researched.By using the survey data from 270 firms operating in China,empirical results showed that compared with external source of organizational learning,internal source has a stronger influence on indigenous technological innovation.In addition,two modes of organizational learning were employed as a distinctive transformation mechanism between learning sources and innovation.What s more,market turbulence moderated the positive relationship between acquisitive learning and indigenous technological innovation,whereas technology turbulence moderates the positive relationship between experimental learning and indigenous technological innovation.
