Abstract:Based on system dynamic method,this paper set up three quantitative models of absorptive capacities during knowledge transfer affecting cluster firms’ indigenous innovation and revealed an updating way of cluster firms’ indigenous innovation ability by Vensim PLE simulation.Firstly,asymptotic growth model showed that the newly established firms’ indigenous innovation is confined by low absorptive capacities.Secondly,exponential growth model demonstrated that properly enhancing absorptive capacities can break through growth bottleneck of knowledge store and radical entrepreneurship is an indispensable factor for firms to grow up.Thirdly,S-shaped growth model declared that mutual coordination between dynamic absorptive capacities and RD input and output is representation of mature firms and appearance of inflection point indicated indigenous innovation entering into a stable stage.
