Abstract：On the basis of the creativity componential theory, the creativity systemic theory and the theory of need for achievement, this paper puts forward the factors that affecting the innovative behavior of young and middle-aged science & technology leading talents(YMSTLT), including innovative quality characteristics, influenced power and innovative motivation.By using the data analysis methods of questionnaire, related parametric test and path analysis, the relationships between factors in the structure of innovative quality characteristics are explored, as well as the interaction between innovative quality and innovative behavior of YMSTLT as affected by influence power and innovative motivation.
