High-tech Knowledge Network Evolvement Mechanism and Strategic Orientation

Abstract:The paper makes virtual cluster innovation platform as subject investigated, shows knowledge network inscape, evolution and migration laws, gives the staging strategic system and functional localization based on analysis of multi-cases from cloud computing innovation platform.The results indicate that high-tech knowledge network structure effects on the unit combinations and function categories of innovation platform, causing new knowledge production mode, business mode and service mode.Knowledge network evolution and route development relates to actors strategic selection, responding the guidance discrepancy by policy environment.Innovation platform knowledge management and accurate location need to gather government guidance and market operation.
