Abstract:This paper focuses on testing the relationship between knowledge sharing and technological innovation capabilities.The organizational climate is the moderating variable included in this model.Using hierarchical regression analysis, the results showed that, task knowledge sharing type, interpersonal interaction knowledge sharing type and actual experience knowledge sharing type have significantly positive effects on technological innovation capabilities.Furthermore, the results showed that organizational study climate has effect on the relationship between task knowledge sharing type / actual experience knowledge sharing type and technological innovation capabilities, and organizational inspirit climate and organizational support climate have effect on the relationship between task knowledge sharing type and technological innovation capabilities.
