Abstract：The behavior pattern among team members is defined as team members cooperation of effective knowledge exchange.In this paper, taking the data of 973 projects as an sample, the team members cooperation model for high innovative outputs is analyzed.The behavior pattern of China's current high-innovative research team primarily are as the following three patterns of behavior:Professor(Associate Professor)+ student based team, An academician(Yangtse Rive Scholar)+ student、student-based team.The paper demonstrates the characteristics of each behavior pattern, the conclusions can provide quantitative considerations for innovative team building and innovative talents training in universities.
