Abstract：Based on the econometric model and input-output method, the article analyzes the influences of the technology spillover effect of the regional industrial transfer in the inter-industry on total factor productivity.It also uses the input-output method to estimate the total beneficiaries effect and the inter-industry beneficiaries-effect and analyzes the results from both the horizontal and the vertical aspects by using the input-output table of Gansu Province of 2007.The results indicate that firstly, the regional industrial transfer and the inter-industry technology spillover are both improving the total factor productivity, and the most obvious of it is the machinery manufacturing industry.Secondly, the total beneficiaries effect of the industry presents an ascending trend which is judging from the timing characteristics.Thirdly, the inter-industry beneficiaries effect continually changes but it still has certain stability.
