Abstract：This paper analyzed the background and meaning of Cross-regional ST cooperation in Minority Region.With the principle cases,the paper concluded 5 models of Cross-regional ST cooperation in Minority Region,which are,Inter-government ST Cooperation,Province-ministry ST Cooperation,Province- instituate ST Cooperation,Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance and Cross- national ST Cooperation.The paper analyzed the characters of each model and the relationship among them.At last,the paper pointed out two refletions which respectly accordane with and against the main economics theory.
