National Science and Technology Marketing:Rationales and Basic Thoughts

Abstract:National science and technology marketing is a new idea we put forward to guide the systematic solution of diffusion problem in scientific and technological program.It refers to government introducing modern marketing idea,drawing on the experience of enterprise in marketing,and so promoting technology diffusion.The basic thoughts of national science and technology marketing are summarized as follows:firstly,the government needs to change their traditional technology-production-center idea for a market-center idea and to manage scientific and technological program in accordance with market.Secondly,the government needs to draw on every feasible method of the enterprise marketing.Thirdly,the government needs to establish a professional marketing team to accomplish the functions of national science and technology marketing.
