Abstract:As key component of public RD funding system of Sweden,Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research promotes the global competitiveness and the scientific and technological innovation in a people-centered model and fills the gap between the basic research and the applied research supported by public funding system through the four kinds of talent-related programs.This paper briefly introduces the design and layout of its talents programs,analyzes internationalized selection,evaluation mechanism,and funding and management model.It puts forward that China should strengthen the systematic layout and meticulous management in top-level design and implementation of talent program.
