Abstract：Based on the enterprises survey data of the strategic emerging industries in China s seven regions,this article analyzes the technological innovation characteristics of enterprises in a statistical way.The results are shown as follows:firstly,the funds of our overall basic research is inadequate and its structure is unreasonable.The capital of firms RD in China are less than developed countries.It is especially inadequate in basic research.Secondly,re-innovation after digesting and absorbing is the main innovation model of enterprises,and original innovation is less,which affects major technological breakthrough.Thirdly,the major factors that restrict enterprise technology innovation are the shortage of RD funds and the rapid flow of innovation personnel.To cultivate the strategic emerging industries,we should only be guilded by the market,with the supplement of government leading.
