Abstract:This paper attempts to divide interorganizational differences into two dimensions of routines differences and knowledge differences,and studies the impact of the interorganizational difference on interorganization relational mechanisms.Through the empirical analysis of the survey data of 219 domestic enterprises by multivariate regression analysis method,the results showed that,firstly,the interorganizational routines differences could affect the strengths of the relationship mechanisms negatively.Secondly,interorganizational knowledge differences could affect on the strengths of relationship mechanism positively.Thirdly,interorganizational routines differences could strengthen the positive role of knowledge differences on relationship mechanisms.
