Abstract:For the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the development of strategic emerging industries,Jiangxi Province implemented the ST “Six-One” Project,of which,the formation of“100 Advantage of ST Innovation Team”is an important content.As one of the underdeveloped areas in China,Jiangxi Province achieved the ST talent from net outflow to net inflow by ST management concepts and management mechanisms innovation,which experience gives good examples and brings some inspiration to other underdeveloped areas in talent loss solution.
