Abstract：Base on social network theory and the sample of 187 companies in high-tech park,this paper studies how different types of network ties,network structure,individually and in complementary combination,will differentially affect the process of technological innovation capability acquisition.It is found that the centrality of a clustered firm s position in the enterprise cluster supply chain network is positively related to its technological innovation capability.The centrality of a clustered firm s position in the interlocking directorate and equity network reinforces the positive relationship between its centrality in the supply chain network and its technological innovation capability.The relationship between supply chain network and firm s technological innovation capability will be moderated by the density of the interlocking directorate and equity network.
