Abstract：For one hundred years development,German Steinbeis technology transfer network have gradually formed its own distinctive mode of technology transfer.Based on the analysis of its successful experience of business mode,organizational structure and management mechanisms,we proposed some suggestions,such as we should innovate the support by government,pay attention in cultivating and importing talents,strategic planning and management traming,creating a poling environment and etc.,to guide the technology tansfer agency to be market-oriented,professional,scientific and net working.
