Abstract：It is easy to find that the conception of knowledge governance and its inner mechanism from the system layer is relatively mature if we differentiate the research of knowledge governance from the structure-based, process-based and system-based perspective.Based on this recognition, we laid the emphasis on the analysis of three types of knowledge governance including spontaneous pattern, leading pattern, and cooperation pattern at the premise of the conception of knowledge governance we gave in this paper.Furthermore, we proposed that the causal feedback between the knowledge governance mechanism and the cooperative innovation is the internal cause of knowledge governance pattern evolution.
