Abstract：Based on the externalities of production and four theories of strategic management,this paper gives a detailed explanation why Chinese manufacturing enterprises lack initiative to develop low-carbon career.Based on MBV,RBV,IBV and CBV of strategic management,it probes into the change of strategic environment and source of manufacturing enterprises low-carbon competitiveness.Finally,it comes up with some reference and suggestion for Chinese manufacturing enterprises low-carbon practice based on the current environment and situation of Chinese manufacturing industry.
