Abstract：Technological innovation capability is one of the decisive factors of economic development and competitiveness improvement of region.The paper defines the regional evaluation about technological innovation capability of enterprises.By building regional evaluation index system,the authors evaluated the provincial technology innovation ability of enterprises,analyzed the regional distribution characteristics,and proposed the differential strategies and regional technological innovation capability mode of the innovation pole radiation to supply basis to the policy-making for the regional technological and economic development.
