Abstract：Knowledge staff has become the main source of the organization s core competence in the era of knowledge economy.Based on the characteristic of knowledge employee,the paper presented the concept of knowledge staff s strategy behavior ability and information behavior ability.And it constructed the three-dimensional structure of knowledge staff s strategy behavior ability and information behavior ability,then tried to combine them.It explained in detail from strategy behavior ability and information behavior ability on the hierarchy of knowledge staff to provide reference for the following research.
