Abstract：Major scientific and technological projects need many organizations to implement.In this paper,in order to deeply analyze the problem of organization coordination of major scientific and technological projects,we used methods of systems engineering and project management,based on organization theory,coordination theory and network organization theory.We proposed some principles to construct organization coordination network of major scientific and technological projects,which are the same objectives,division of labor,information communication and streamlining the upper.We designed three network models,including centralized network,adaptive network,distributed network,and discussed the process of management in organization coordination network of major scientific and technological projects.Finally,we analyzed some characteristics of organization coordination network of major scientific and technological projects.
