Abstract：The innovation ecosystem is the interdependent partner relationship among the core innovative enterprise and upstream suppliers,downstream vendors,the same industry competitors and other related product and service organizations by technical support.It's an important way to achieve collaborative innovation for strategic emerging industries.In the running process of strategic emerging industry innovation ecosystem,it is easy to breed opportunistic behavior because of organizations’ asymmetry interdependence,dedicated technical supporting,the collective actions of the free-rider behavior and technical learning ability differences.The governance mechanism of innovation ecosystem includes negotiation mechanism,reputation mechanism,information disclosure and open platform mechanism and trust mechanism.Integrated use of these governance mechanisms can achieve objectives of overcoming opportunitistic behavior and improving knowledge sharing.
