Abstract：High-tech service industry is important in optimizing the industrial structure and stimulating the economic growth.By constructing the evaluation index system of high-tech service industry competitiveness,this paper used the factor analysis method to refine main influential factors and calculated high-tech service industry competitiveness level of the Bohai rim,Pearl River Delta region and Yangtze River Delta region.The result showed that the comprehensive competitiveness level of high technology service industry in the three regions presented a significant difference,and in regional provinces were also different.What's more,the developmental scale and industrial structure of high technology service industry are unreasonable.
