Abstract：This paper discusses the definition of modularization trap in developing countries.Combining the evolution model of module numbers in product with labor division trade-off model of inter-inputs for product,this paper gives an interpretation for the formation of modularization trap in developing countries.It points out that the product modularization makes labor division trades-off for different countries shift from product to product module.To break through modularization trap for developing countries,it requests the cultivation of product development ability and the combination of knowledge innovation and module innovation.This paper gives some suggestions on its realization path.
