Abstract：The risk of local government investment and financing platform is rising in recent years.It is governmental, potential, objective and social.It has been posed by different factors.The damages it caused are different.To prevent and control the risk, the principles of controlling risk should be scientific and reasonable.This paper suggests to establish a good system in performance evaluation, information releasement, risk pre-warning, and etc.
