Abstract：After the literature review, this paper constructs the framework of the mutual relationship of the technology ability and the industrial chain integration capability, and chooses the leading enterprise in the advanced polymer materials industry, Kingfa Tech.Co., Ltd., as a case study.The results showed that, firstly, the technology ability and the industrial chain integration capability reflected certain coincidence in the knowledge carriers and knowledge flows.Secondly, the technology innovation ability is the basis of the enhancement of industrial chain integration capability, while the latter is an effective path of the enhancement of the former.Thirdly, the mutual relation between the technology ability and the industrial chain integration capability has a coupling effect.The mutual match of the two can promote the integrated ability of the corporation in a greater extent.
