Abstract：Under the background of global green economic development and ecological civilization construction in China, the role of eco-innovation in prompting green growth is played increasingly.As the main incentive of eco-innovation, the transformation of business model and its influence on eco-innovation and firm performance have become the focus of many people.This paper integrates the eco-innovation and business model.It summarizes the theoretic research about business model for eco-innovation from the aspect of theory and concept deduction, theory construction based on case study, etc.The empirical research about the relationship among eco-innovation, business model and firm performance is also generalized.Finally, it discusses the inadequacies in the previous works and gives suggestions to the further research work.
