Abstract：Knowledge within the organization is constantly evolving and updating.This is to help enterprises to adapt to dynamic changes in the external environment prerequisite.This paper simulates enterprise knowledge evolution process as the starting point.It analyses knowledge evolution mechanism by biological evolution and genetic algorithms theory.Through deeply digging knowledge evolution within the organization, it sums up the impact of time and space dual factors on organizational knowledge.It tests the validity of the model through in-depth research of three high-tech practical difficulties faced by SMEs.It provides an academic knowledge evolution of a new perspective, and strives to solve real business problems.
