Abstract:In 2012, China's high-tech products trade gained contrarian growth and the trade surplus continued to expand.Import diversification and increasement in major import markets statehood coexisted.Export markets in emerging economies elevated status.Trade terms and trade body diversification trend further enhanced.Trade amount of customs supervision regions increased substantially. Some provinces and cities in central and western regions catching up with the pace began to accelerate. This paper argues that China should seize the opportunities of high-tech industry increasingly prominent in global value chain and coordinate high-tech Development zone and the special supervision area of customs policies.China should active domestic technology market transactions and technological achievements to promote high-tech industries to upgrade and cross-regional transfers and encourage high-tech enterprises to establish alliances to achieve“shared”multi-beneficial trade.
