Abstract：Modular organization as a new organizational form in the new economic era has very important effect on the rapid growth achieved by enterprises.So there are more and more researches focused on the theory of modular organization, however, so many researches of modular organization just stay in the surface, and the research related to the operating mechanism of modular organization is little.As a result, we conduct a systematic study on the operating mechanism of modular organization, define the leader of its operating course and put forward its operating target.Based on these studies above, we found the theoretical model of the operating mechanism of modular organization.Finally, we have pushed the research of modular organization forward, and make the theory have more practical significance for the economic society.
