Research on Chinese Industrial Enterprise's Technology Innovation Efficiencyin Different Property based on the Angle of Value Chain

Abstract：Based on the theory of value chain, we decompose the technology innovation activity into two relational stages of R&D and S&T convention, and think that the original innovation input will also have a direct influence on the economic output of the second stage.Then we construct the relational two-stage DEA models with shared inputs to compute the different kinds of industrial enterprise's innovation efficiency.
