Abstract：In an area of increasing competition of global science and technology, a lot of countries have developed mid-and long-term S&T development plans in recent years so as to win in the future.This article analyzed the targets, main tasks and priorities, measures of main countries' S&T development plan, and put forward some policy recommendations to China.
