Abstract：The development of bio-economy triggers requirement for law.During the legislation for the development of bio-economy, the principle of esteeming three-laws, venture precaution and industrialization distinction as well as right protection should be adhered to.But the existed legislation in China couldn't play more important role in pushing the development of bio-economy.
